Ok I found that Factory talk had made an *.rnl file located :

I removed those files (*.rnl) and under my Factory talk Activation Manager I refreshed the server.
This recreates the *.rnl file and now my RSLOGIX500 came up with a 7 day notice 'This product has not been successfully activated'.
I will check my wording in the activation file.
