Chipset.its called Intel G33/G31 Chipset Family.I was going to download a modded driver for my chip but when i got to the downloading page i got confused i didn't find my chip's name so i downloaded the newest one(the one at the bottom.It was called Windows 7 - V1.1E for 945 Chipsets (Netbook Compatible).Then i uninstalled my normal drivers.

What's new:
I increased restriction in the use of memory to 1.00 GB.I turned on the DynamicScaling that very well affect the performance of the graphics card. Also turned pipe optimization.
I created 2 driver version: full and lite. If you have 1 GB or more RAM, you need to install the lite version. If you have 2 GB or more RAM, you need to install the full version. What is the difference? Lite version uses less memory at 2 times. Full version uses two times more RAM.G31 Modded Driver Games
