This is one of the last levels so if you've been piling up ammo, hypos and other resources like I was it's time to let it all out and wreak havoc! Before you even start you game of System Shock 2, you'll probably need to change a few settings. From the main menu, open the options menu. Once open, 4 areas will become available for changes: Controls, Video, Audio, and Game. The basic controls for SS2 are quite honestly CRAP! Go ahead and click on 'Customize Controls'. 1.2 - Maintenance: Weapons can degrade pretty quickly in System Shock 2. Each attempt of improving its condition requires one Disposable Maintenance Tool which can be found or bought at replicators. The tool's efficiency scales with the player's Maintenance skill level. TheNightTerror's Melee Weapon Only Walkthrough (as announced on ttlg.com). TNT being one of the few having beaten System Shock 2 many times this way will give you insights into her crazy techniques, explain a lot of the oddities that make SS2 such a great game and you a shivering wreck in a corner.
